Laughter Yoga combines breathing exercises, gentle stretches, laughter exercises and relaxation.
A laughter session can have a big impact on health and wellbeing. Laughter yoga is a gentle exercise which fills our lungs and body with oxygen, cleanses our breathing passages and exercises our lungs.
When we laugh our bodies release a cocktail of hormones and chemicals that have startling effects on our system. Stress is reduced, blood pressure drops, circulation is increased, depression and anxiety is alleviated, and our immune system is boosted. Health improves, mobility increases and communication improves … and it’s a lot of fun!

In this fun filled workshop, you can choose to sit or stand and is wheelchair friendly. We will not be doing poses/big stretching as traditional yoga implies. All you will need is yourself and a water bottle.
