Total Mobility Update

The date for starting the new Total Mobility Smart Card system has been delayed, so please ensure you continue to use the ID card and vouchers that you currently have.

If you run out of vouchers, send in your used voucher books and you will be posted a set of new vouchers.

If your ID card has expired or if you have any queries – please contact Annette on 366-2857 ext. 6.

Podiatrist

Podiatry visits are the first Tuesday of the month with upcoming dates of:

  • 2 September
  • 7 October
  • 4 November
  • 2 December

The cost for this service is $20 a visit and is significantly subsidised by the Society for our members.

As this service is very popular, it is essential to book. If you make an appointment and find you cannot attend, you MUST phone to cancel. Otherwise the Podiatrist will charge you for the missed appointment.

MS Lunch Club

This group is for members with MS, who have been living with the condition for many years.

If you would like to join this group, please contact Judy on 366-2857 ext. 3.

The Lunch Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at noon with upcoming dates of:

  • 3 September
  • 1 October
  • 5 November
  • 3 December

Library Books

The Society has a good selection of books available to take out on loan. Please ensure that you take the book to Jan, the Administration Assistant (Room 3A), to check out so that she can keep track of them.
