Includes amplitude exercises and challenging workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals, particularly for those in the early stages of their condition. Not recommended if you are prone to falls or freezing.

For people with MS and Parkinson's. Aimed at enhancing mobility and balance. We focus on standing exercises to challenge and improve your balance, coordination, and gait performance. It requires the ability to get up and down from the floor independently.

For people with Parkinson’s and their spouses or partners. This group gathers on the first Monday of each month from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Rangiora Health Hub, located at 161 Ashley Street, Rangiora. The session is facilitated by Rob Whitmore.
