For people with Parkinson’s and their spouses or partners. This group gathers on the first Monday of each month from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Rangiora Health Hub, located at 161 Ashley Street, Rangiora. The session is facilitated by Rob Whitmore.

For individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their partners or spouses, meetings occur on the first Monday of each month at Black and White Coffee Cartel, located at 70 Kermode St, Ashburton. The group is facilitated by Daphne Hinton.

This is a closed group of people with Parkinson’s who took a VAMP class together. Their partners meet for coffee and connection at the same time in the café.  Runs every 2nd Tuesday of the month.

For people with MS and their partners/support people. Meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 11am at Kōwhai house, 70 Havelock Street, Ashburton.  Parking is available on the street or behind the building. The venue is all accessible. This group is for individuals with Parkinson’s and their support person or spouse. It meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 11 am to noon at the London Canteen Café at Oderings in Barrington.

This is for people with Parkinson's and M.S. This group meets every Friday morning at 10 am in a variety of locations around Christchurch. They generally walk a flat, gentle loop back to a café.
