This is for people with Parkinson’s and M.S. This group meets every Friday morning at 10 am in a variety of locations around Christchurch. They generally walk a flat, gentle loop back to a café. They are mindful of easy parking and access to toilets. The emphasis is on friendship and social connection. Everyone is welcome to walk at their own pace with or without walking aids, you can push your spouse in their wheelchair etc. However you mobilise is appropriate.
