What Our Clients Say

Thank you to all our funders and supporters

MSPC supports the hauora of a person through their multidisciplinary Health and Wellbeing Team, including Advisers who can provide free information, advice, and individual planning.

Exercise is essential to the management of both MS and Parkinson’s and can delay some symptoms and improve day-to-day movement and strength. MSPC also offers free exercise assessments undertaken by an Exercise Physiologist, and this is complemented by our 19 exercise sessions held weekly.

MSPC fosters social connection though the seventeen Peer Support groups we hold monthly, as well as a broad range of workshops and education keynotes.
